Lady of the Lake
set loose in the sea,
my feet, though replace

Breathe Underwater

I do have a spell that will let you breath underwater for an hour. I think you have to learn it from the shaman trainer in Orgrimmar.
If you are pressed for time, you can just find some gillyweed and eat it. Make sure you are near a body of water when you do.
